Project Kilkari is the first project initiated by CDF DSC Chapter in 2019 aiming to help the children who can’t afford studying by providing them quality education.
We, at Tare Zameen Foundation collaborated with CDF DSC for Project Kilkari. Their members have had one to one interaction with the kids aged 3-10 years to let the learning process go on even in these tough times.
They also organised a virtual orientation/induction session with the kids to make them familiar with members who taught them various concepts through fun activities and PPT’s. From playing with colours to some adventurous moral stories, they surely loved everything and engaged themselves actively with the CDF DSC team. This session surely helped in bringing a radical transformation in their lives.
They conduct regular online classes with the children wherein they teach them basic concepts of English, Hindi, Maths. Also, they provide them with weekly worksheets, workbooks, and charts. They use animated videos and general awareness games often to help them grow in the best possible way.
During their offline visits they found that our young learners are super talented as they showed their team various skills like yoga, drawing and various performing arts.
Project Aarohan was initiated in 2019 with an aim to uplift the women and make them financially independent and stronger than ever.
