As a result, we have concentrated our efforts on providing high-quality education to these children, promoting their professional effectiveness and employability.
At Pathshala, we are committed to transforming the lives of underprivileged children through quality education. Choose us for an all-around education that will make a difference in the lives of these children.
Hunar Se Rozgar : Empowering Marginalized Women through Tailoring and Fashion Design Training, The Tailoring Training Program by TareZameen Foundation aims to empower marginalised women by providing them with skills and employment opportunities for financial independence and improved standards of living. This initiative has helped women to enhance their skills in stitching, embroidery, and tailoring, with some even starting their micro-enterprises. The program also aims to build confidence among Self Help Groups (SHGs) and secure sustainable livelihoods for women and their families.
To further empower women and improve community organization, TZF plans to integrate inputs from prime Fashion Design Institutes into the skill training course. The program will focus on the latest design trends and market intelligence to balance the demand-supply chain. It will also train a special team for product promotion in both digital and physical marketplaces. This comprehensive program will provide workplace and market support, along with self-employment and entrepreneurship development opportunities. The Market Trends Awareness Campaign will help beneficiaries access information about competitive price discovery and trending fashions. Certification will be availed through NSDC under the Self Employed tailor course (AMH/Q1947).

"Transforming Menstrual Hygiene Management with Woh Laal din : TZF's Eco-Friendly Sanitary Napkin Initiative"
Menstrual health and hygiene, also known as menstrual hygiene management (MHM) is crucial for women's health and well-being. It involves access to menstrual hygiene products, privacy to change and dispose of materials, and addressing broader systemic factors related to gender equality, education, empowerment, and rights. Unfortunately, girls and women in rural areas often face challenges accessing clean water and toilet facilities, which can hinder their menstrual hygiene management. This, in turn, can impact their ability to participate in educational and social activities.
As part of the proposed intervention, TZF is planning to expand the program's reach and impact by partnering with more educational institutions and government bodies. The aim is to create a sustainable and integrated approach to menstrual health and hygiene, with a focus on creating long-term awareness and behaviour change. Additionally, TZF is exploring innovative ways to make eco-friendly sanitary napkins more affordable and accessible for disadvantaged communities. With TZF's efforts, women and girls can achieve a healthier standard of living and become determinants for taking care of their families' well-being. Join hands with TZF in creating a more hygienic and healthy society for all.
