The Tailoring Training Program by TareZameen Foundation aims to empower marginalised women by providing them with skills and employment opportunities for financial independence and improved standards of living. This initiative has helped women to enhance their skills in stitching, embroidery, and tailoring, with some even starting their micro-enterprises. The program also aims to build confidence among Self Help Groups (SHGs) and secure sustainable livelihoods for women and their families.
PROPOSED INTERVENTION
To further empower women and improve community organization, TZF plans to integrate inputs from prime Fashion Design Institutes into the skill training course. The program will focus on the latest design trends and market intelligence to balance the demand-supply chain. It will also train a special team for product promotion in both digital and physical marketplaces. This comprehensive program will provide workplace and market support, along with self-employment and entrepreneurship development opportunities. The Market Trends Awareness Campaign will help beneficiaries access information about competitive price discovery and trending fashions. Certification will be availed through NSDC under the Self Employed tailor course (AMH/Q1947).

I was quite impressed by what they were doing in the area of Health and Education for the underprivileged. This moment made me realize that this is the best way to channelize my little contribution to the needy.

I was privileged to be a part of digital enablement for Govt. school kids’ tie-up with BYJU’s and overwhelmed by the facilities extended to rural kids. They have also helped many needy patients, who cannot pay their medical bills. I wish that you grow and rise, and thankful to Mr. Kote for his vision in social responsibility.
